Partner Ahn Jaeseok, based on his expertise and experience in Corporate Banking, Private Placement Advisory, and the Investment Banking market, dived into the industry field and took the lead in restructuring, M&A, and new business ventures as a top executive. He previously worked at Korea Long-Term Credit Bank, KLB Financial Advisory, Samsung Securities, and served as the CEO of UMI Global and the representative director/president of AK Holdings.

Partner Gee Bongjun is a strategy consultant and M&A expert specialized in handling new business ventures, M&A, business improvement, and Value Up strategy projects for domestic and international large corporations. He has also been involved in conducting Commercial Due Diligence of M&A projects for PE and major companies. Previously, he worked at eSamsung, KPMG Consulting, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and served as the CEO of Delectus Consulting and Datawhere.
